We want you to love your LED wall light. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items damaged due to improper installation
  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Gift cards and digital products

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Receive a return authorization and shipping label
  • Package the item securely and ship it back

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after receipt
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different designs or variants of equal value. If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be charged the difference. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
